What are your opening hours?
Customers are welcomed to visit us from Monday to Saturday, any time from 8 am to 8 pm. To keep waiting time to a minimum, you can also call our customer hotline (+852 3623 2338)prior to book a time slot for your visit.
What do I need to open an account with you?
The application process is extremely efficient, speedy and hassle-free. Our service is available to anyone aged 18 or above. Hong Kong residents only need to provide an HKID card and non-residents a valid passport.

Are my contents insured? What does the insurance cover?
Yes, safe deposit box includes comprehensive risk insurance cover of up to US$1million at no additional cost. Customers may top up their insurance if needed.
Do you have any monthly plans?
No, contracts have a minimum duration of 1 year.
How do I pay for the safe deposit box and renewal?
Payment can be made by Cash / UnionPay / VISA/ Mastercard / Bank transfer. Approximately one month before your contract expires, we will call or email (depends on your preferred contact method) inviting you to renew your contract. If you do not wish to renew, keys must be returned to us in person or by registered post before the date on which your contract expires. 
Can I register a safe deposit box using a company name, like a HK, BVI or Cayman company?
Yes, you may register with the relevant documents including BR, AR, Board Minutes and Authorization letter if you are a HK company. As for offshore companies, please call our customer hotline (+852 3623 2338) for more details.
How do you ensure my contents are secure?
Security is at the heart of our service. We have invested millions of HK Dollars in cutting edge technology is to ensure that our vault meets the highest international standards. This includes state-of-the-art alarm and CRM systems, seamless daily operations designed by our market leading partners and a 24-hour security service in the vault area and remote centre.
What items can be stored in the safe deposit box?
We provide a safe place away from your home or office to store your valuables. Customers are welcome to store any personal items with the following exceptions: living organisms, inflammables, explosives or anything that is against the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
If I am not sure which box is suitable for me, can I come and visit the vault?
Sure. Box samples are available on site.
Who can access my box?
The customer and nominated secondary users (if any) are the only person(s) who can access their box.
What happens if I fail to pay or forget to renew my contract?
We will notify customers one month prior to the expiry date. If the box owner cannot be reached one month after the expiry date, the contract will be considered lapsed and we will have the legal right to dispose of any items left inside the safe deposit box.
What should I do if I have lost my key?
You will be issued with two unique keys for each box. If you lose one or both keys, you should inform FEV immediately. You will then need to make an appointment with us to ensure you are present when a locksmith drills open your box. You will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith and subsequent repairs that are required.
Can I access the box out of business hours?
Yes, this can be arranged but at an extra cost to be determined depending on day/ time. Please call our customer hotline (+852 3623 2338) for all requirements. Thank you!
